Our tents are beautiful natural canvas Bell Tents, measuring 5m in diameter and rising to three metres high in the centre. The tents are furnished with handwoven Indian rugs over the heavy duty groundsheet, and come with a small table around the central pole, a mirror, LED lighting, a set of table and chairs and a well-stocked kitchen box with everything you'll need during your stay. Our beds are luxury full height air beds that come with white cotton linen, duvets and pillows. The tents can sleep four guests on beds and there is plenty of  room for a travel beds/cot  for a smaller guest.  Each tent is also allocated one of our B&B onsite bedrooms, with its own ensuite bathroom - so no need to share those all important faciities.  More info on bathrooms and additional sleeping.

The Kitchen Box includes: Gas stove and gas, matches, kettle, frying pan, saucepans, picnic hamper for four, mugs, beakers, wine glasses, plates, bowls, scissors, can opener, corkscrew, tongs, wooden spoons, cooking utensils, chopping board and knives, large mixing/serving bowl, tea towels, washing-up cloths and liquid, and a water container.  Additional crockery/cutlery is available depending on the size of your group.

Each tent will have its own picnic table nearby and a numbered table in the Orangery Bar/social area.  There is plenty of  private space outside of your tent to eat, play games or simply chill.  You will have access to a fridge and freezer, with your own numbered boxes.  The washing-up station is outside but undercover, social distancing measures will be in place.

The Orangery Bar will be open each  Sunday, Wednesday and Friday evening from 6pm, this will be in line with the new government guidelines.  The Orangery is a beautiful covered space that can be used at any time throughout your stay.  Please note on the days the bar is open, all drinks must be purchased from the bar only.  There is also a very lovely village pub, within easy walking distance.

Arrival afternoon.  Let us spoil you with an afternoon tea, fresh scones, clotted cream and jam and a choice of tea.  As you wait for the kettle to boil, why not enjoy a glass of fizz, all on us!

It's the little things that matter - Each tent will be provided with a snack basket, with a few naughty treats to get you started and keep the youngsters happy as they settle into their home for the next 6 days.  Keep an eye out for the hot chocolate and marshmallows too.

Each morning we will deliver a breakfast hamper to your tent, all ingredients will be fresh and locally sourced.  The hamper will include: croissants, eggs, bacon, sausages, fresh bread and orange juice.  Please note on your departure day you will receive croissants and fresh fruit only.  All dietary requirements and allergens will be catered for,  please advise upon booking.

Keeping life simple and stress free, as part of your stay, you can enjoy two delicious takeaway meals.  These will be available both on your arrival day and final night.

You will be sent the menus prior to your stay to pre-order and select your time slot.  Your meals can be collected from the Orangery Bar, where you will find them waiting for you on your numbered table.  The bar will be open so stay and dine with us or take it back to your tent.  More details and sample menu.

We have a natural campfire area, with logs as seating.  This will be available and lit from 9pm on Monday and Thursday evening.  Please act reponsibly.

Our standard stay is for a 6 night period.  This allows us plenty of time to move tents if necessary and  clean and sanitise the tents, bathrooms and communal areas.  Each tent will be provided with a cleaning pack, making it easy to keep your areas clean.  Our staff will not be permitted to enter your private areas but will of course clean all social areas regularly in line with current guidelines.  Hand sanitiser will be available in social areas.
